Quick help

Make sure you are online and reopen the app if live data does not refresh.
Sign in with the same account on web and mobile to synchronize private tickets and messages.
Enable notifications from Account → Notifications and allow them in device settings.
Change language from the language selector in the navigation menu.
Delete your account from Account → Delete account.
